During these tough economic times, people are looking for more free things than ever before. Anything that will help to stretch your dollar is attractive. Fortunately, there are things that are free in this world. There is lots of information that is free. Hugs are free, the air we breathe is free, the beauty around us is free for us to enjoy. There are free museums, libraries loan books for free, basic television is free, radio is free, the internet is free for us to surf and learn from and connect to others on. Friendship is free. Love is free.

And if you surf around, you will find offers for other things for free on the internet. You will get mail in your mailbox claiming that you are going to get something for free. You will get people calling you on the phone with offers of free stuff. Don't be fooled! While there are some things for free as addressed in the previous paragraph, and while there are some offers by companies that are legitimate, the word 'free' is often used to pull you in. If you have Microsoft Word, there are 'free' templates there for payroll checks. Of course, it's not really free, because you paid to get Microsoft Word and the templates are of limited use to you unless you know how to calculate the deductions needed. If you go to Google or You Tube, you can find information about downloading free templates, but guess what... Every one that I checked out, wasn't really free once I got there. Sometimes you will see an ad... free check templates (but the catch is you have to purchase the software to get them).

So don't expect to find free download paycheck stubs. Instead, invest your time in investigating good business software programs and finding the one that will help you out the most in your business. Then with the proper equipment to run your business, you can enjoy some of the true freebies in life... freed up time, free smiles for a job well done, and free hugs!
